It's been a year
(   actually 14 months)  since I last used my blog. Nothing much is new,  my head has been better and worse, Jan's breathing got so bad that she finally had to quit working and we are waiting to see if they are going to put her on disability. She is seeing Alicia Wolfe and I'm going to Badman.  I had my upper teeth extracted to hopefully get rid of the constant pain in my mouth but it's been aver a month and even with a new denture i still have pain in my gums and the little shocks are coming back in my cheeks.
I can't complain though. The days are beautiful and I get to swim (although the pool does need a new chlorinator ) but i have to keep adding chlorine to keep  the algae down. It's still nice and I started on Halloween really early- like the beginning of September ! I put the village up

More than 6 months have passed since I felt like contributing to my blog and life has been a seemingly repetitious process of getting up and going to sleep. Most day have been bearable, but  I can feel my face pain increasing, i think the pills i'm taking- gabapentin 300- are just about maxed out. I don't really notice any relief when i take them and i usually have to take a tylenol to ease the constant pain. Even they don't work that well.  

Janice went back to Dr. Badman today and I signed up with Dr.Byrd. Sure hate spending the day with medical issues. It poured down raining about 4pm so we stayed home for dinner and ate leftover pizza and watched movies.

OMG time goes too quickly. Halloween is just over and we are waiting for Christmas. Julie came down and we had a great time.  My head did not stop hurting until July, when Harry, Carol, and the girls came down for vacation, and then it was still bad off and on. Then one day i noticed there was little sensitivity in my sinuses and my head pains almost disappeared. As long as i took a pill every 12 hours, i could enjoy everything as normal. One day i forgot and the pain almost knocked me out. It was super bad!
The summer was hot and beautiful. I got to swim a lot and poke around the house,cleaning, organizing and loving on Willy, who has become my constant shadow. Jan has been sick off and on but is still working. We have been rejected for disability twice.
This year i put up my Halloween village and spent a lot of time working on decorating and putting up the displays. The weather started out a little breezy but it died down when it got dark. Julie and Mike were here but Dawn didn't show up, or even call, what a little bitch. We had chilli and hot dogs and finished the brownies i had made earlier (Glen from Capt D's showed up and stayed for a snack)
Today is election day and we are both going to vote, hopefully they will pass the medical marijuana bill.

Monday Janice didn't feel well all day, had severe back pain. We had Mike over for burgers and brats but Jan slept thru supper and Mike fell asleep during DWTS !! and of course all day I was fighting with my  stupid head and nerve pain and sinuses. It was a pretty crappy day.
Tuesday is starting out better. The Dr. got my fax so they can schedule my surgery!!!! Our bikes are in at Target and it's supposed to rain a little so we may lose a bit of the pollen. I've got to mow the lawn soon though because Carol & Harry will be here this Sunday evening.

We enjoyed Dawn's company on Wednesday and Thursday but she went home when Jan went to work this morning. We We took the Iroc out shopping for pool supplies and got a birthday cake for Jan. It was a great day for  running around without the t-tops. The beef stroganof was  delicious and the German chocolate cake was superb.Watched Gravity and took pictures of Willy with his Easter ears .
